When you send the contact form, we receive your name, phone number, email address and the insurance type you chose, and your message if you wrote one. We use these details only to get back to you and provide the advice or service you asked for.

You are not legally required to provide them. Without them we cannot reply to you through the form, and you can always call us instead.

As with any website, the servers that deliver this site (our hosting provider and the Cloudflare network) receive your IP address and technical details of each request, in order to show the site and protect it. The site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

• One cookie that remembers the language you chose, and only if you accepted cookies in the banner.
• Your answer to the cookie banner and your display mode (light or dark) are kept in browser storage (localStorage), not in a cookie. Your banner choice is valid for 12 months.
• Accessibility menu settings are not stored; they reset when the page reloads.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the site. Withdrawing consent deletes the language cookie.

• EmailJS: the email delivery service that brings the form to our office inbox.
• Our hosting provider and Cloudflare: to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• Google: the map in the Contact section loads from Google's servers only when you reach that section, and Google then receives your IP address. The map may also set Google cookies, under Google's privacy policy.
• WhatsApp and Facebook: only if you follow a link to them. Their own privacy policies apply there.
• Insurance companies and other relevant parties: only when you ask us for a service (advice, a policy or a claim), and only as far as that service requires.
• Authorities: where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information or pass it to others for their marketing.

EmailJS and Google also process information on servers outside Israel.

We keep inquiries for as long as they are needed to handle them, and for any period the law requires.

Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, you may:

• See the information held about you (section 13).
• Ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date (section 14).
• Ask us not to contact you for marketing.

To exercise a right, contact us by phone or email (below). We will reply within 30 days. You can also contact Israel's Privacy Protection Authority.

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we take reasonable measures to protect information. No system, however, is completely secure.

When this policy changes, we will publish the updated version here with a new date.
